Khalil from the front desk went above and beyond for us. We thought our cat was missing and he was so helpful and understanding. He helped search all the floors and check areas that needed keys to enter. He was patient, kind, and understanding. His communication skills are on point. I wanted to offer him a cash tip for his amazing service. He did not want it and said it is his job and he understands pets are family. Amazing young man!

The girls/guys at the front desk were very friendly, helpful, easy to talk to and funny. The room was good but they need to put in outlets for charging your phone/laptop. The only thing I didn't like was as soon as we opened the doors to go outside, we would get hit with the smell of Marijuana. I really don't care if you do that, but it's the smell that affects me because it instantly gives me a bad headache. I would recommend this place

My girls and I stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from basic training. We loved this hotel! Amazing staff, so friendly and welcoming. Beautiful grounds, nice pool. Delicious breakfast, GREAT coffee. Comfy beds and spacious rooms (we had a two bedroom suite). Stay here! You won’t regret it!

I really liked these studio style rooms. The kitchenettes had everything you would need. Large rooms. Across the street from the restaurants. On the outer edge of Waukegan, didnt feel like waukegan at all. It was quiet the whole weekend. Pet friendly. Did not smell at all like pets. Staff was very nice. Great for long term stays. I really liked it.

I've never stayed at a hotel where it felt so welcome. Even resorts out of the country where they're aiming to please everyone aren't as friendly as the staff is here. This was the easiest and kind of check-in we've ever experienced anywhere. We came here to wash my son graduate from the Navy. I rented a suite with an extra bedroom. It got the job done. I wouldn't say it was the largest room I've ever been in, we thought we were actually booking at the same hotel that just on the road. It's larger and has a swimming pool and basketball courts. So, if you're bringing your family here pay attention to which hotel you're booking at. Like I said, this place is friendly, clean and definitely worth using but we expected something a little different. It's a bit confusing to have two hotels so close together with the same name. But, the experience was good. And the room served its purpose. The full size refrigerator was amazing, that is something I will rave about. A good working, full size refrigerator it's hard to come by in rooms anymore and when I do find one I'm extremely happy about that. Overall, we made it work. And the price is unbeatable.

First off I want to say that we loved Jaiden!! From the moment we walked in he was very friendly and polite. He answered all of my questions. He is the reason why I am giving 5 stars. The room we had was a 1 bedroom suite. It was nice and spacious.

Ok let me start by saying hotels are hotels. The room was quiet and comfortable with clean comfortable linens. A separate seating area with a comfortable couch. A table/desk. Plenty of towels in the bathroom shower basics provided. It had a kitchentte with a small pantry, full size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, half stove top and dishes to go with. There is a gym and laundry area. The laundry itself was free. However the room was not the best part. The staff that works there is an absolute delight. The front desk folks both day and night are an absolute joy to talk to. They are kind and treat you as friends.
